The race-prep cockpit for cyclists who train with power.

Anchored to your power, your route, and your recovery – not someone else's template.

Connects to Strava · Wahoo · Apple Health · Google Health in testing

The honest part

You already have three apps. None of them know about your Saturday family ride.

What we hear, over and over, from cyclists who train with power:

  • On static training plans

“My plan doesn’t know I’m flying to Berlin on Tuesday.”

  • On premium training platforms

“I pay every month, and I still do all the thinking.”

  • On analytics dashboards

“Brilliant charts. No plan. No race-day pacing.”

  • On chat-based coaching

“Smart answers. Zero memory of last week’s rides.”

The promise

Tell /relance what's happening in your life. It does the math.

A three-day work trip. A spring cold. A friend's Saturday gravel ride. Say it once, and the plan rewrites the weeks ahead – your key sessions land on days your body can use them.

Three jobs, one cockpit

What nothing else in your stack does together.

01 · Race prep

“Get me to the start line in form.”

Point /relance at the event you're training for. It reads the route and gives you power, pacing, and fueling targets anchored to your real fitness. Weeks out, you see whether you're on track for race day – and what moves it.

When you stand on the start line,
/relance has done the math.

02 · Daily readiness

“Tell me whether to train hard today.”

Every morning, /relance reads your sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate against your own typical, built from your own nights, and sets that beside the session on the plan. One score, one verdict, one call.

It knows planned hard work from life-stress overload.
Go as planned, or swap – your call.

Three mornings, one week

03 · The plan

Structured to the watt. Ready on your head unit.

Every session comes with its purpose, its fueling, and how to ride it. Send it to your Wahoo ELEMNT, or export clean .fit and .zwo files for most head units and indoor apps.

Built week by week toward your event.
Rewritten when life changes.

For the data-driven

Not a chat. A cockpit.

Every number shows where it came from and what it means for your next ride – in plain words, with the deeper lesson one tap away.

  • Every rep, judged. Laps matched to what was prescribed – in band, under, or over – with the watts that decided it.
  • Load in context. A planned overload isn’t flagged like an unplanned spike.
  • Durability on long rides. Where the aerobic engine starts to fray: heart rate drifting against steady power.

Honest about scope

/relance isn't for everyone. Here's who it isn't for.

Depth-first, cycling-first, built on power. If that's not your lane, here's what fits better – none of these are bad choices.

  • Multi-sport

Triathlon, Hyrox, run-first training. /relance plans the bike – a multi-sport platform will serve you better.

  • Chat-first

If a messaging bot is your ideal coach, /relance isn't it. Here, the day reads at a glance.

  • Indoor-only

If you never race outdoors, a structured indoor app fits better. /relance is built around the route you'll ride.

  • Free seekers

intervals.icu is excellent, free, and still the best donation you'll make this year.

  • Already coached

You have a human coach you love. Keep them. /relance is for the self-coached.

  • No power meter

Most of what /relance computes starts from watts. Without a meter, a general fitness app serves you better for now.
